   We all have our down days, and some even have them more than others. There’s no getting around feeling sad because it’s a human and healthy emotion to feel, but there are ways to fix it. If your ever feeling sad or down or just sick of life I hope you can look back on this tip to help you figure out ways to cheer yourself up <3

Drink Water: I know this sounds soooooooo stupid, but water always helps! it’s like a mental cleanser that washes away the tears and problems. it doesn’t work right away and doesn’t make you feel like a million bucks that instant, but it does help you calm down if you’re trying or panicking.

Call Someone You Love/ A Friend: When most people hear the sound of someone they loves voice it typically makes them smile. Call up your mom or your sibling or friend or anyone. You don’t even have to call them, just contact them in some way whether it’s by email, facebook, text, pigeon.  anyway will work!

Write Your Feelings Out: I can’t stress enough how much this helps you relieve your pain. When writing be %100 honest with yourself in what’s going on and why you feel the way you feel. Maybe this will help you see what’s wrong so you can fix it.

Listen to Music!: Perosnally hippie songs like stuff by Natasha Bedingfield and Colbie Caillat always makes me feel amazing! Different people like different things, if listening to funny songs makes you happy or catchy songs makes you happy listen to it.  do what makes you happy! not anyone else!

Dance Like No One’s Watching: Dancing will make you feel free and like nothing can stop you. I swear it’s exhilarating, even if your bad at it ;)

Go On Youtube and Watch Funny Videos: Youtube is the number one cause of uncontrollable laughter, no matter how your feeling. Find videos and people who make you laugh because the laughter will relieve the stress and bad thoughts.

Clean: I know this sounds really strange, but cleaning will make you feel better about yourself. If your in a clean environment it will make your space easier to be in and breath and just put a a smile on your face. It may take time, but it’s well worth it in the end.

Other Things:

  • Avoid binging! it feels good for the few seconds the food is in your mouth then it’ll make you feel weighed down and useless. Therefore making the situation worse. it’s also incredibly unhealthy for you!
  • If your worried about school work or stress, fix it by imagining how good it will feel once your done with it
  • Don’t let boys bring you down.. because there are billions more in the world out there and you should be much more stronger than one boy.
